For New and Transferee Students:

Note: 

Prior to the Pre-registration, retrieve your Admission Code by accessing your Guidance Admission Test (GADTest) Account. Once retrieved, visit http://admission.gadtc.edu.ph/ and log in using your GADTest E-mail and Admission Code as your password, and follow the instructions to proceed with the pre-registration process.

For the Admission Codes, kindly wait for further announcement.

For Returnees:

Pre-register on the Online Evaluation Form Link: https://forms.gle/bp6ZfSGWujmQrd5F7 for the Evaluation Process.

Note: 

Once accepted or denied, a Notice of Acceptance or Disapproval will be sent thru your e-mail or a call from Registrar’s personnel will be expected.

Issuance of Forms

Submit Enrollment Credentials

Note: 

For Continuing Students:

Incomplete Grades, No Enrollment

For 4th Year and Graduating Students as of Dec. 2022:

No Accomplished Evaluation and Deficiency Form, No Enrollment

For New/Transferees and Returning Students:

Incomplete Enrollment Credentials, No Enrollment

STEP 3 - Office of the Student Affairs (Walk-In Process)

Issuance of ID Number and Temporary ID

Processing of Insurance

Submission of Vaccination Card (Photocopy)

Payment of SSC Membership Fee: PhP 50.00

STEP 4 – Institute (Walk-In Process)

Assigning of Courses and Block Sections

STEP 5 - Accounting Office (Walk-In Process)

Assessment

Printing and Distribution of Certificate of Registration (Study Load)

Important Note: 

Be sure that you are all fully-vaccinated for you to do the walk-in enrollment process since minimum health protocol standard will be properly imposed based on the stipulated policy: No Vaccination Card, No Entry!
