e-Enrollment Procedure



For Freshmen, Transferees, Returnee and Grade 11

Step 1   Application
  • Applicants fill out the online Admission (for Freshmen, Transferees and Grade 11)
  • Applicants fill out the online Admission (for Returnee)
  • Attach the necessary documents
  • Answer the questions provided

  • Validate if student applicant is eligible to enroll based on the preferred program chosen.
  • Notify student-applicant for the qualification to enroll in the College with Admission Code

  •      
  • The Applicant receives the notification and Admission Code sent by the College if qualified to enroll via text message.

Step 2   Enrollment
  • Student fills up the Online Enrolment and upload the necessary documentary requirements

  • Check the completeness and authenticity of the documents submitted and endorse the enrolment form to the Guidance and Admission Office
    • In case of deficiency of documents/ineligibility for enrolment, the Registrar will advise/inform the client thru FB messenger/e-mail/call/text
  • Encode the student’s details stipulated in the Enrolment Form to the College Information System, generate the temporary ID number and endorse the said form to their respective institute
  • Evaluate and assign courses’ schedule and forward the enrolment form to the College Information System Office
  • Encode the enrolled courses to the College Information System and endorse the enrolment form to the accounting office
  • Assess and send the softcopy of the certificate of registration to the institute concerned
  • The Institute will inform the student through FB messenger/call/text that he/she has been enrolled together with the softcopy of the certificate of registration

  •      
  • The Student must submit the original copies of the Documentary requirements within the semester
