Through gaining 77.6 %, an overall rating, Institute of Education (ITE) hailed as the overall Champion during the Culmination of Buwan ng Wika and National History Month. Governor Alfonso D. Tan College (GADTC) conducted the merged culmination of Buwan ng Wika and National History Month at Sinanduloy Cultural Center, August 28.

The competitions were Handuraw, Hinuklog, Hudyaka, Kaniadto, Tangkub, Duyog-Awit and The Alfonsos Boyband 2019.

The said institute won first place in Hinuklog and Duyog-Awit, second place in Handuraw and in Hudyaka, and fourth place in Kaniadto, Tangkub and The Alfonsos Boyband 2019.

Meanwhile, Institute of Arts and Sciences (IAS) garnered 67.41% total of points. They were announced first place in Handuraw and in The Alfonsos Boyband 2019, second place in Kaniadto, third place in Hinuklog and Duyog-Awit, sixth place in Tangkub and seventh place in Hudyaka.

Institue of Business and Financial Services (IBFS) followed IAS which got 67.35%. They were recognized first place in Kaniadto, second place in The Alfonsos Boyband 2019, third in Handuraw and Tangkub, fourth in Hinuklog and Hudyaka and sixth place in Duyog-Awit. Institute of Senior High School (ISHS), on the other hand, accumulated 65.30%. They were second place in Hinuklog, Tangkub, Duyog-Awit, third place in Hudyaka and The Alfonsos Boyband 2019, sixth place in Handuraw and seventh place in Kaniadto.

Furtheremore, Institute of Midwifery (IOM) attained an average of 51.02% from first place in Hudyaka and Tangkub, third place in Kaniadto, fifth place in Duyog-Awit, and seventh place in Handuraw, Hinuklog, and The Alfonsos Boyband 2019.

Institute of Computer Sciences (ICS) got 38.8%. They received the awards of being fourth place in Handuraw and Duyog-Awit, fifth place in Tangkub and sixth place in Hinuklog, Hudyaka, Kaniadto and The Alfonsos Boyband 2019. However, Institute of Criminal Justice Education (ICJE) obtained the lowest average of 34.7%. They were fifth place in Handuraw, Hinuklog, Hudyaka, Kaniadto and the Alfonsos Boyband 2019, and seventh place in Tangkub and Duyog-Awit.
