What an inspiring and exemplary leader! Dr. Maricelle Mercader-Nueva, who embodies a rare blend of vision, dedication, and compassion has been re-elected for a second term as a member of the National Board of the Association of Local Colleges and Universities (ALCUCOA). She also served as a Resource Speaker during the 17th National Conference held at Diamond Hotel, Roxas Boulevard, Malate, Metro Manila on December 12-13, 2024.

Indeed, her leadership knows no bounds.  She has been been a life-sustaining force in securing free higher education for students, ensuring that learning opportunities remain  accessible and inclusive for all.
