Today, March 12, 2026, Tangub City Global College (TCGC) actively participated in the First Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) to strengthen disaster preparedness and promote a culture of safety within the academic community.
Students, faculty, and staff took part in the drill by practicing the standard “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure, followed by an orderly evacuation to designated safe areas, enhancing awareness and readiness during earthquake emergencies. 
The activity was facilitated by the Safety and Security Office (SSO), with the assistance of the Corporate Communication and Promotions Office (CCPO), ensuring the smooth conduct of the drill. 
Through initiative like this, Lux Mundis continue to reinforce the importance of preparedness and collective responsibility in safeguarding lives during times of disaster.
