Human Resource Management students enrolled in HRP 324 – Recruitment and Selection successfully completed their 8-hour industry immersion during the 2026 Asenso Tangub, Misamis Occidental Job Fair and One-Stop Shop Services held on June 11–12, 2026, at the People's Gymnasium, Tangub City. Throughout the activity, students gained firsthand exposure to the recruitment cycle by observing applicant screening, interviewing, job matching, employment facilitation, and employer engagement—allowing them to connect classroom concepts with actual Human Resource practices in a professional setting.

The Job Fair, organized through the collaborative efforts of the Local Government Unit of Tangub, Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Tangub City, and Tangub City Global College (TCGC), brought together numerous local and national employers offering diverse career opportunities for job seekers and fresh graduates. The event became even more meaningful as several applicants, including TCGC graduates, were hired on the spot, highlighting the Job Fair's success in creating immediate employment opportunities and strengthening workforce development in the community.
